AP-friendly Bloggers
API's new blog, API Speaks, is seeking contributing editors to post on topics relevant to API's Eight Principles of Parenting. Monthly or bi-weekly post options are available. Please include a link to your blog in your email.
Connections Editor
API is looking for a volunteer dedicated to furthering the support API Leaders receive from headquarters. This individual will solicit and compile material for an electronic quarterly publication, which will inspire and support leaders as they seek to inspire and support their group members. Hours will vary based upon the Connections production schedule.
Note: Available to API Resource or Group Leaders only.
Journal of API Content Editor
API is looking for a volunteer dedicated to furthering the support API offers its members through the Journal of API. This individual will ensure that the publication content is understandable, accurate, appropriate, and interesting to parents and professionals. Hours will vary based upon the Journal of API production schedule.
Journal Writers
We need individuals to write regularly for the Journal of API by providing personal stories, how-to pieces, and research articles. This publication is created specifically for members of API and is distributed quarterly.
Web Content Coordinator
API is looking for someone with a background in web-based communication to drive the content and style of the new API Web site. Excellent written communication and organizational skills a must. Specific experience with designing information for the Web, navigation, news feeds, and promoting Web content is also a plus.
