    I just wear lighter clothes, because I know I'm gonna get toasty from his heat! I just tell myself it'll help me lose weight and get more fit too.

      Yes, lightweight clothes on you and baby, strong but thinner carriers, wear hats and maybe use a water mister!

          Well all depending on the age of child, type of outing, but I have a lightweight Mei-tai that I made that is great for me. You can find mesh carriers that are specifically made for summer or maybe a light pouch...anything without too much excess fabric or layering. I do use my ergo all over now that my boy is so big and just dress lightly.

            In summer it is better if you let the baby wear light cloths because if you let her wear heavy cloths she cannot bear the heat it leads to some skin diseases and burning of skin so better depend upon light cloths like skirts etc.
