    Soothers

    #1
My lo in very reliant apon her soother. She doesn't get her sucking requirement from nursing so we use the soother to help her achieve it. I'm wanting to learn how to backwrap but she has to have her soother to stay calm and go to sleep all the time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can help her reduce her need for the soother without unnecessarily upsetting her??

Start "spot weaning" her from it. Only provide the Binky (soother, paci) at certain times or limit to certain places. Like only in bed, the car and in a carrier for example. How old is your baby now?
