My 10 month old is nearly refusing to nap lately. He also wiggles and nurses nearly all night long. There has to be a way to get him to sleep a little better at night and taking a nap without leaving my baby to cry it out. Any advice is so appreciated!

I think we've all had restless babies from time to time. I have found that having a pacifier to use at night worked wonders. If our baby wanted to feed he soon spat it out, if he was just wanting to suck for comfort or if he had a bit of wind, it gave my poor nipples a rest. He soon found a better sleep pattern and then his day naps became longer too. Good luck,
