I can't recommend this book highly enough. Can anyone tell me if it has been translated into German? When I go to the book's website (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/ann.sinnott/index.htm) , the link to Free Association Books does not work. Any other way of contacting FAB or Anne Sinnott or somehow finding out if it's been translated into German and what the title is? Thanks.
