For the months of May, June, and July we'll be reading the book Attached at the Heart by Barbara Nicholson and Lysa Parker. This is a book written by the founders of API. This book is a great review of the Eight Principles of Parenting inside API. It also provides resource material at the end of each chapter in case you'd like to look for more information on the selected principle. There is also sound evidence provided throughout the book as well. Not only will this book be a good read but it's one you'll want to reference quite frequently.
