Tickets are now on sale for the 2nd International Babywearing
Conference, which will be held June 25-28, 2008 at DePaul
University Lincoln Park Campus in Chicago.

This conference will be a fun and educational opportunity to
share, learn, discuss and experience the joy and benefits of
babywearing. Come and meet carrier manufacturers and
distributors from all over the world, attend informative
workshops, learn from knowledgeable teachers, listen to prominent
speakers, visit the exhibit hall, take in a fashion show and
enjoy special events.
We are really happy to announce that conference tickets will be
just $125 for ALL FOUR DAYS!!! (Kids are FREE!) What do you

If you need accommodations, you can stay in the DePaul dorms for
just $125 per night, per room. You can save money by sharing the
room with someone else if you'd like. There will be two twin beds
in each room and a shared bathroom for every two rooms. There
are elevators at this dorm as well as air conditioning. The room
rental comes with towels, sheets, etc. DePaul University uses
this building as their convention hotel so it's nicer than you
might expect. Parking will be just $8 per day.
For food, there are various options. The campus is right in the
city, so there will be restaurants you can walk to easily.
There's a coffee shop, a fast food type restaurant to order from,
and a buffet area -- all located right in the conference area.
There's also a large grocery store walking distance from the
dorms and the dorms have a full kitchen with dining tables on
each floor.
