What he’s really asking for is that I be here in my mind as well as my body...This is my spiritual practice; my call to what is right in front of me.&quot;  I tend towards monkey-mindedness, myself, and your piece is a wonderful reminder that, in yet another way, my daughter can be my teacher.  Children are so EFFORTLESSLY in the moment - and it can only benefit both of us if I take my cues from her in that regard!</description>
