Thanks for the great advice. I'm due tomorrow with #2 and we have a 21 month old who still sleeps with us, so we've been trying to figure out how to make sleeping comfortable for everyone. I think we're going to try putting a twin mattress on the floor for the toddler. Hopefully she goes for it!

We'll see what happens, my 2yr old doesnt like sleepinh with us, he prefers his own toddler bed, which is located on same room as king size bed. That is the only bed-room in the home.
I think that when second one comes my oldest might want to join us so he is not left out. For now I am liking the co-sleeper idea.
I think we need to play by ear.

I love co sleeping with my 3 year old daughter but now that I am pregnant with #2 I don't know how to make things work in the bed without waking her every time the baby wakes at night. I'm nervous about it but these are some good ideas that will be worth trying out.

Interesting reading...I'm trying to work out what our arrangement will be...I have an 11 month old and am 5 months pregnant with number two. I love having my little girl sleep next to me all night and it's going to be strange making way for another one...this gave me food for thought on how to make plans. Thanks
