Tina--
Reading the book Reviving Ophelia when my oldest daughter was about Kennedy's age was one of the best parenting decision I ever made! It opened my eyes to the damage we can do to our young teens and how imperative it is to assist our young people in discovering their authentic selves. The 'equivalent' for our sons is Raising Cain, but I have not had the time to read it yet.

What a wonderful thing to do. I hope to instill similar values in my baby as she grows up. Thanks for sharing a great idea.
